There is a DEFROST DRAIN that makes defrosting the freezer an easier task. The removable storage basket makes it easier to keep particular frozen food close at hand, in the top of the freezer. Being removable makes it easier to search for frozen food in the lower part of the freezer. There is NO Frost Free facility with this freezer so it has to be manually defrosted.
