Frigidaire FFHT1817LS 18.2 cu ft Stainless Steel Top Freezer Refrigerator ENERGY STAR

This refrigerator is a solid all-around refrigerator. I only have basic needs for my fridge. I need it to keep food cold and keep frozen food frozen. As far as that goes, this Frigidaire will do the job admirably. Where it is lacking is in all the bells and whistles.

My previous fridge came with an ice maker and water spout. This one does not. Though they do offer it as an additional accessory through a kit you can order if that is necessary for you. As far as looks go, this one is pretty good. The stainless steel front had a nice classic, but modern, look to it and will fit in with most kitchens.

The sides and the top are black however, not stainless steel, so bear that in mind to determine if it will fit in with you kitchen decor or not.

The shelves are glass and removable. This makes cleaning them very easy and you can take them out if you need additional space.

Also, there is a shelf in the freezer which is also removable. This has come in handy when I need to put something large in there like a couple of Thanksgiving turkeys that wouldn't have otherwise fit. The crisper drawer is also glass, this has saved me numerous times from having to throw out old produce I had forgotten was in there.

Also, I feel like the glass interior is just more classy than the typical white plastic you so often see in refrigerators these days. I have yet to have any problems, but I understand that Frigidaire refrigerators are known for compressor issues.

I have had my fridge for several months and no issues yet. I would recommend this as a good, but not top of the line, fridge.
