One of the limited range of GE Wine cooler-refrigerators, the Freestanding PWR04FANBS is a Deluxe wine center from the "Profile" range and is and extremely sophisticated and elegant back cooler with stainless trim. This 29-Bottle capacity wine cooler comes with chromium shelves and has a small area at the base of the unit to showcase your favorite bottles of wine.

Interior Features

This very good looking and stylish deluxe Profile wine cooler comes with FIVE removable chrome shelves - storing FIVE bottles on the top four shelves with just FOUR being showcased at the base on the unit.

The cooler comes with an interior light, which has a 60 minute delay timer feature and a lock to make sure that your wine is kept safe from any source of unwelcome interference.

The ELECTRONIC Controls are adjustable and a DIGITAL display , giving the temperature readout in Fahrenheit is situated in the top center on the cooler, making it very easy to keep a check on the internal temperature.

Temperature readings range from 45° to 65° (F).

The elegant good looks is due to the CLEAR Glass Door with smart Stainless Steel trim which gives a very polished finish.

Advantages

Some customers were pleased with the way that TALLER items can be stored in this wine cooler.

The quiet Thermoelectric technology guarantees that this is a VERY QUIET wine cooler and being VIBRATION-FREE is a great plus.

The Adjustable Electronic Controls are a big hit with customers and the DIGITAL DISPLAY is very classy looking, with its readout being displayed in the center-top of the unit.

The CURVED WIRE RACKS cradle each bottle of wine securely and the lower display rack enable your best wine to be SHOWCASED.

Disadvantages

Some customers were dissatisfied with the TEMPERATURE CONTROL on this model - some even having to change the model a number of times.

On of the main complaints with customers was that this model did NOT have Adjustable Shelves, which is a big problem for wine enthusiasts that like to have different size bottles of wine rather than the standard 750ml bottles.
